You may use the Service to create, manage, and track QR codes in accordance with these terms.

Registration is required for some features. By registering, you agree to provide accurate information.

You are responsible for securing your account. Use a strong password and do not share it with anyone.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately.

It is prohibited to use the Service for the following purposes:

QR codes you create are your property. You may use them for personal and commercial purposes.

The QRflex service, its design, code, and content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.

QRflex offers a free plan and paid tiers. Current pricing is available on the pricing page. Prices may change — you will be notified in advance.

Payments for premium plans are processed through a secure payment gateway. We do not store payment card details.

The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for damages arising from the use of the service, including loss of data or lost profits.

You can delete your account at any time in your profile settings. After deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

We may change these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or notification in the Service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes will be resolved by competent Czech courts.
